Accident Reconstructionist Expert. ACC-1000 is an independent accident Reconstructionist and private investigator in Southern California. He conducts technical accident investigations, reconstructs accidents, and documents accident sites and vehicles for insurance companies, law firms, accident reconstruction firms and engineering firms. As a private investigator, he specializes in fraudulent claims and civil, criminal, and personal investigations of all types. ACC-1000 previously worked for the California Highway Patrol as a public affairs officer, a school pupil safety officer, an accident investigation officer, a patrol officer, and a state traffic officer, for six years.
