Structural Engineer Expert. STR-1707 is a senior engineer with more than 30 years of experience, including project, design, test, and research and development responsibilities. He has performed work in mechanical, structural, and chemical process engineering environments. He was contracted by several insurance companies to field-inspect properties damaged by the devastating 1994 earthquake and to report on his findings of related substandard construction. He is currently doing contract design and forensic engineering work for domestic and foreign clients.
