Security Expert. SEC-1697 has qualified academically and by virtue of over 40 years of experience in private security, investigations and law enforcement. He has an extensive background in the administration of private security divisions, from departmental to corporate levels. He is fully experienced in all phases of investigation techniques, security systems design and operations, computerized access controls, alarms, closed circuit television, communications, and security guard training. He has special expertise in electronic surveillance and related countermeasures. SEC-1697 has many years of experience teaching administration of justice and security courses at the college and university levels. He presently teaches Courtroom Testimony for Police Officers at a Nevada police academy. He wrote a book that is currently utilized as a major text in the security field by numerous universities in the United States and Canada.
