Psychiatrist Expert. PSY-1653 has been in private practice of psychology since 1969. His previous positions include chief clinical psychologist for San Diego County Mental Health Services, director of the Toronto YMCA Counseling Service, and institutional psychologist at Indiana Reformatory. PSY-1653 has been actively involved with many local and statewide committees as a member, consultant, chairperson and president.
