Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. ORT-1599 is the president of the Independent Physicians Association at a local medical center. He handles general and occupational orthopedics, spine evaluation and treatment, arthroscopic surgery, and evaluation and treatment of disorders of the knee, shoulder, elbow, and hand. He is a qualified medical evaluator, agreed medical evaluator, and independent medical examiner.
