Orthopedic Surgeon Expert. OPT-1595 established a private practice in optometry in 1973. His practice primarily involves the evaluation and treatment of the visually impaired and investigations into specialized designs of contact lenses, contact lens solutions and materials, and specialized visual enhancement systems for the visually impaired. OPT-1595 has been an associate professor on the faculty of a southern California optometry college since 1991. He has written several articles on topics regarding acuity test cards, visual impairment, and low vision.
