Obstetrics and Gynecology Expert. OBS-1148 is an obstetrician-gynecologist in private practice and is presently the chairman of the OB/GYN department of a university-affiliated community medical center. He has been a member of medical staff executive and judiciary committees. He is also on the consulting staff of a local university medical center but prides himself on being a front-line clinician rather than an academician. OBS-1148 has been an expert witness since 1994 and is an expert reviewer for the Medical Board of California. He has contributed to publications and has lectured on patient care on several occasions.
