Nurse Expert. NUR-1039 is a clinical coordinator and assistant manager of emergency services at a Northern California hospital. She provides acute nursing services to all types of emergency patients while directing the operations of the emergency department. Previously, she was director of emergency services. She is a member of the Emergency Nurses Association and the American Association of Legal Nurse Consultants.
