Neurosurgeon Expert. NEU-1980 is currently an associate clinical professor at the department of neurosurgery of a southern California college. He has several hospital medical staff appointments in the local area. NEU-1980 has been chairman of claims review committee for southern counties since 1981. He has published several articles.
