Mechanical Engineer Expert. MEC-1523 has been owner and manger of a machinery rebuilding plant for over forty years. During his career, he has designed, built, and installed over 1,000 manufacturing systems and trained operating personnel. Much of his work involves modifying or furnishing new electrical, air and oil hydraulic circuits to conform to OSHA safety code requirements. For over 19 years, he has surveyed and made recommendations to many local industrial concerns on conforming to OSHA codes. He has served as an expert witness in over 100 cases.
