He has ten years of expert witness experience and has done over 175 cases in case evaluation, research and suggestions relative to discovery and industry “custom and practice.” His previous positions include sales agent for Occidental Life Insurance Company; group manager and general agent for Crown Life Insurance Company; and owner of an agency specializing in the conception and development of various mass marketed disability, life and individual medical products.
