Forensic Engineer Expert. FOR-1913 is a board-certified forensic examiner and forensic engineer with an extensive amount of experience. His experience includes the following: failure analysis, appraisal of floors and floor coverings, construction project management, commercial flooring, textile, carpeting, and fabrication and installation of flooring. FOR-1913 has taught carpet specifications to interior designers. He has also taught at several seats of higher learning as well as held private classes for governmental agencies.
