Civil Engineer Expert. CIV-1802 is president of a full-service consulting engineering firm in Southern California. The firm is dedicated to quality structural and civil engineering and project management. He has been in the engineering profession since 1977, when he started as design engineer for Structanalysis Engineering, Inc. He has been with his present employer since 1980, starting out as a project engineer. His professional experience includes insurance investigations of condominiums, residences and commercial buildings and earthquake damage investigations in San Francisco (Loma Prieta), and Northridge.
