Attorney Expert. ATT-1363 has been retained as an expert witness or litigation consultant in approximately 300 real estate-related matters. He is a licensed real estate broker and attorney. He is active real estate broker, is a master instructor for the California Association of Realtors, and is a university-level instructor. He has served as a designated broker for three large real estate companies and has had directly responsibility for and supervised and overseen literally thousands of real estate transactions. He is an author on such topics as disclosure obligations and custom & practice in real estate transactions, and agent and seller duties.
