Appraiser Expert. APP-1343 has been a mineral collector since 1963. He established his own gemstone and metal company in 1979, having spent the previous nine years as an importer of colored gemstones from Asia and South America. He currently operates this company, specializing in testing, appraisal, and sales of gemstones, jewelry, coins, silver, and related personal property. He has been an expert witness in U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts and in Superior and Municipal Courts in California. He has appeared on several television news and consumer shows and makes frequent presentations at trade shows, appraisers workshops, and community events.
