Accident Reconstruction Expert. ACC-1890 has 40 years of experience in the engineering industry. Presently, he is a private consultant for a technical consulting firm located in Connecticut, Florida, New York and Northern California. He began his career in 1961 as a structural engineering specialist for Republic Aviation, where he stayed until 1966. From 1966 until 1968 he was an engineering consultant for Harry Belock Associates and from 1968 until 1983, he was manager and project engineer at Grumman & Perkin-Elmer Corp. ACC-1890 has authored over 90 technical papers for leading national and international engineering journals. He developed a state-of-the-art structural dynamics computer program under contract with the U.S. Government. He also is a lecturer to NASA engineers.
