Title insurance expert. TIT-1442 is a title research/insurance consultant in Northern California. He has been a document poster, policy write-up clerk, title searcher, title examiner, title officer and senior title officer. He then transferred to Operations as manager of title operations. Since his retirement from the insurance industry in 1994, he has been performing title research and title insurance consultation for private parties, attorneys, surveyors, and title claim departments.
