Property Management Expert. PRO-1834 is a managing partner in a property management company. He is responsible for over 2,500 residential units and half-a-million square feet of commercial space. He has taught real estate at a community college and authored several textbooks pertaining to real estate and property management. He has been involved in court cases dealing with standards of care, leasing, negligence, real estate valuation, and real estate analysis. He has also been a court appointed receiver and a receiver for a district attorneys office. Not only a professor and real estate professional, he is also an investor and owns over 150 units.
