Escrow Expert. A self-employed escrow consultant, ESC-1786 provides expert witness services as well as escrow training and seminars. He has many years of escrow experience, beginning his career as an escrow officer trainee for Western Mutual Corporation and later becoming general manager and then president of the company. He then went on to be president of Escrow Agents Guaranty Corporation. Since 1979, he has been providing escrow consulting and expert witness services to the legal profession.
