Reserve data analysis expert. RES-2055 is the founder and president of the largest reserve analysis company in the United States. He has been involved with budget preparation since 1976 and began to specialize in reserve analysis studies in 1980. He is the author of a reserve management software program. RES-2055 routinely lectures at a national level about reserves and teaches on the subject of reserves and reserve analysis preparation. He is also a published author of a number of articles about reserve funding and budgeting. In addition to preparing reserve studies, RES-2055 is actively involved in litigation matters, from testifying as an expert witness at depositions to using the reserve management software to assess and recommend settlement options for clients.
