Insurance Brokerage Expert. INS-1449 has over thirty years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as the managing vice president and northwest regional director of a $20 million revenue profit center. During ten years in that position, his duties included conflict resolution with clients, insurers, brokers and other service providers. He also managed numerous E&O claims. His accomplishments included increasing client rates through a client satisfaction program and creating a workers compensation consulting practice that became the prototype for a $2 million business segment. INS-1449 began his career in 1964 at an Aetna Insurance Company, where he was trained in all aspects of property and casualty insurance. Within five years he was handling all risk management functions for a Fortune 500 company. He later joined a large global-risk-management, insurance, and consulting organization.
