Health Consultant Expert. HEA-1866 is a consulting clinical psychologist specializing in many aspects of patient noncompliance issues. He provides assistance and training to attorneys and risk managers on medical and other health professional lawsuits. He is also a consultant to a UC school in the department of pulmonary medicine and Editor-in-Chief of “Journal of Compliance in Health care”.
