Towing Expert. TOW-1715 has 30 years of experience in the towing and recovery industry. He is currently chief executive officer of an Arizona towing corporation comprised of two branches: a sales and service branch, dealing in new and used tow truck equipment, and a towing and road service branch. He has been CEO, president, or general manager of towing corporations since 1971. TOW-1715 was a co-founder, in 1981, of the Arizona Professional Towing and Recovery Association, the first statewide trade association for the towing industry in Arizona. He studied business management at Arizona State University, and he studied tanker trucks and hazardous material recovery methods at Texas A & M University.
