Questioned Documents Examination Expert. QUE-2103 retired from the Los Angeles County sheriff’s department in 1992, after 31 years of service. He has over 22 years of experience with fingerprint examination and 15 years experience with questioned documents examination. Presently, he is a fingerprint examiner and questioned documents examiner for Southern California police departments.
