Fire Investigator Expert. FIR-1020 has more than 29 years of professional experience in firefighting, fire origin and cause determination, and explosive scene investigation. He has 16 years of experience as a private fire and explosives scene investigator; 5 years as a senior fire investigator with the federal fire department; and 23 years in fire suppression with the federal fire department. Presently, he owns a fire investigation firm that provides services to attorneys, investigators, insurance carriers, and insurance adjusting firms.
