Real Estate Appraisal Expert. REA-1111 has 15 years appraisal experience. He currently is a partner in a Southern California real estate appraisal firm. He is involved in a broad spectrum of real estate appraisal and consulting. Serving as a principal and chief appraiser for the company, he has prepared, or supervised, appraisals covering all major categories of land and building uses. REA-1111 has qualified as an expert witness on numerous occasions and has had appraisals entered into evidence in the Superior Court, State of California, in the following counties: Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura and Riverside; in the United States District Bankruptcy Court; United States Tax Court; and before the Assessment Appeals Board, Los Angeles and Orange Counties.
